Creed’s is part of Pennsylvania’s notorious and embarrassing 7th District–“Goofy kicking Donald Duck.” In King of Prussia, the district is so narrow that at one point it spans only the length of Creed’s property. Creed’s serves as one of many examples of how Pennsylvania’s congressional map was surgically manipulated to shut voters out of the democratic process.
On January 17 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will hear oral argument in the case and we will ask for the map to be struck down and redrawn in time for the 2018 elections. Such a win has the potential to make change for the entire country!
