Join the Public Interest Law Center’s Garden Justice Legal Initiative on April 4, 2018, at 1709 Benjamin Frannklin Parkway from 1-4 p.m. for a crash course on the legal tactics and strategies involved in representation and protection of threatened gardens. The CLE will be followed by a clinic on April 18, 2018 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society located at 10 N. 20th Street, 5th Floor Café, in Philadelphia, where interested attorneys will be paired with clients facing a host of issues surrounding land access, land security, taxes, and more.
